Coronavirus Procedure

We continue to Sweep during this time

We are still sweeping through the Covid 19 pandemic, and are following the current procedure and ask all our customers to adhere to this wear practically possible.

We will issue a paper certificate once the work has been completed however, we will not ask you to sign it.

Payment will be taken at the end of the appointment either via cash or a card via a card reader that is sanitised before and after use.

Due to the ever changing social restrictions, appointments may need to be rearranged at short notice, we will do our upmost to reschedule them in a timely manner.

Our procedure is as follows:

 • If you or any of your household are displaying any Covid 19 symptoms or sheilding please call to rearrange your appointment as soon as practically possible.

• Please ventilate room prior to our arrival where practically possible. (we will phone with a precise eta within the two-hour arrival time window given on booking).

• We will adhere to the social distancing rules and ask our customers to do the same.

• We will wear a mask and gloves for the entire time we are in your property.

• All equipment, flooring coverings and personnel are sanitised after each job is completed.

What to do prior to our arrival:

 • Please ventilate room prior to our arrival where practically possible. (we will phone with a precise eta within the two-hour arrival time window given on booking).

• Please make sure all ornaments and fire side equipment/tools are cleared from the hearth and mantle area. We will need an approximate 1.5 x 2marea to set our equipment

• Please make sure that there is a clear access way from the point of entry into your property to the fireplace/hearth area.

• Removal ash from the grate and stove

• Please ensure there is sufficient access to a plug socket
